Nothing to Fear - Just a Quick CONFERENCE SURVEY

For you mocha, carmel, frapaccino, Starbucks Loving attendees, the Sheraton has a Starbucks just to the left of the lobby.  For everyone else, of course we will have the regular Starbucks coffee for our breaks.  By the way, this hotel is not spread out like last year’s user conference hotel, so no sore feet this year! I know, I’m doing the happy dance too.

The Thursday evening party that is hosted by CareerBuilder is not really a reunion.  Everyone will want to join us for this night of free food and drinks.  This evening event is a social slam dunk so don’t miss the fantastic band and the good company!

Some attendees are excited to have Wednesday night free so they can go to the Cards/Cubs game!  The game is at Busch Stadium, just down the street from the hotel!  Otherwise, check out the many restaurants around you.  As home of the toasted ravioli, St. Louis is especially known for it’s Italian food!  The Hill and other restaurants in the downtown area will please your palate!

Question from last year’s attendee: Please let me know if there is anything significantly different from last year.Great question! We will not be duplicating the program from last year.  You will not want to miss out on hearing our newest speaker, Barb Bruno, this year.  She has partnered with us through Sendouts University and she is an incredible international recruiter trainer and speaker that will be opening the keynote plus she will give breakouts throughout the conference.  This year we have also extended the program an extra day so we can cover the Sendouts Topics in more depth.  In addition, there will be new sales and marketing breakouts.  Jeff S., Mark B., and Scott G. were here last year as speakers, but we have invited them back since they seem to be so desired around the country this year for their knowledge, although they will be covering different topics from what they covered last year.  As Sendouts has evolved in the past year, there is new fresh material to cover in the Sendouts Pro related courses as well!  You may come to learn more about the Sendouts X-Change. We will also have an interesting un-conference breakout where the attendees actively take part in the topic and another highly requested and exciting new feature for you in 2008 is that we will have Sendouts Account Managers training on-site throughout the entire conference to answer any questions that attendees have while they are here.  If you attended last year, you will certainly build on what you learned at our successful 07 conference!   

Recommended Dress for the conference is business casual, but for the Thursday night party we want you to be you, so dress in a way that best expresses who you are.  Some will be casual, some will be dressed up.  Either way, be ready to mix, mingle, and dance!

*What not to wear - For those of you who were thinking about a really creative outfit, keep in mind that it’s not a toga party, or an early halloween party!
